Hallo

 

Excuse my English

I have issues to get the system to help me get my Jugend schutz pin activated. i have an Aufenthaltstitel

I tried many times but it will not work.

Dear Jan,

Unfortunately, you cannot yet activate your PIN with a residence permit. Please send us an email to hallo@joyn.at with the email address you are registered at Joyn and attach a photo of your ID. We will then generate the PIN for you manually.
